FULFILLMENT METHOD:

Unlike many companies, we do not sell direct. Rather, we team up with our premier specialty retailer partners throughout North America. When an order is submitted at www.Descente.com or www.RideDNA.com we send a notification to all of our retail partners. Our retail partners then check their inventories and notify us if they can fulfill the order. Then, the system identifies, of the responding retailers, which one is closest to the consumer and notifies them that they will be fulfilling the order. By using this method, we ensure that specialty ski shops throughout North America are kept strong and healthy. We also ensure that all of the orders collected at our site are fulfilled by top-level specialty ski shops. Without vibrant specialty ski shops in towns from coast to coast, the longevity of snow sports would be in danger. In addition to protecting the long-term health of snow sports, there are many other advantages to this system as well, including the fact that we are able to search the entire continent to find the items that you want. RETURN POLICY: Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase so long as they are in pristine condition with the hang-tags still affixed. The return shipping costs will be born by the consumer.
